Commercial Recruitment Consultant
Location: Shipley, Bradford
Established in 1997 Advantage Group has built a solid reputation based upon value and quality of service. We are currently looking for a recruitment professional to join our commercial division. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to proactively build on existing client prospects and business.
You will be managing the full recruitment process, including your own client accounts, candidate relationships, developing recruitment relationships and fulfilling client requirements. Your desk is treated as your own mini business. You will need to be a highly sales focused person used to working towards set KPI’s and realistic targets.

Attributes/Experience
Previous recruitment experience is not essential, However all candidates will have previous proven business to business telesales and face to face experience
Ideal for enthusiastic, financially motivated professionals wanting to establish a successful career within recruitment
Will be a career orientated professional who is committed with a tenacious attitude
Must be an excellent communicator with outstanding customer service skills as the role will involve extensive telephone liaison
You will need to hold a full driving licence as the role involves sales meetings and face to face selling also.
Ideally you will be REC qualified
