Overview

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client who are renowned in their industry for the support they deliver to their customers.  They are dedicated, passionate and focused on quality at the heart of everything they do.  They are looking to expand their existing team with the addition of two Telemarketing Executives.  This is a key role in terms of the overall business growth and truly offers excellent progression opportunities for the right candidates.

 

  The Role

·         Contacting a target list of businesses to make qualified sales appointments

·         Generating leads

·         Updating company information

·         Completing telephone surveys

·         Able to achieve a dialling target of at least 175 dials per day (depending on campaign)

·         Updating the company CRM with accuracy & attention to detail

 

The Candidate

·         Experience working within a similar role, making outbound calls

·         Confident to deliver calls to senior decision makers in companies

·         Excellent communication skills & telephone manner

·         Excellent spoken English & a good clear telephone voice

·         Good time management & ability to meet deadlines

·         Self-motivated

·         Work well within a team & as an individual

·         Live within a commutable distance to Spinningfields Manchester

 

Salary & Benefits

·         £17,000.00-£19,000.00 pa depending on experience

·         Performance related bonus

·         9-5 Mon-Thurs, Fri 8am-2.45pm (35.5 hours per week)

·         21 days holiday per annum plus statutory holidays (Bank holidays)
