Our manufacturing client based in Leeds are currently looking for Mig & Tig welders to join them on a temporary ongoing basis. Our client specialise in the bespoke manufacture of machinery for a diverse range of industries. Well established our client boasts a full order book & can offer a substantial amount of overtime, which is paid at an enhanced rate

The Role
• Interpret drawings
• Mig & Tig weld
• Welding to required quality standards
• Raise any concerns relating to drawings not correlating with product
• Welding stainless steel & mild steel
• Working on bespoke products

The Candidate
• Previous welding experience requires
• Apprentice trained or hold a relevant welding qualification
• Must be able to read drawings
• Inter operate drawing accurately & work to specific measurements
• Be confident at welding parts together to meet the companies quality standards
• Experience of welding stainless steel & mild steel
• Flexible with regards to working additional hours

 

Salary & Benefits
• Day shift Mon- Fri 6 am- 2 pm (flexible start time available) , Nights Mon- Thu 10 pm-6 am 
• Days £11.15h , Nights £14.79
• Temporary ongoing work
