THE ROLE

Making outbound B2B calls to nurture and build customer relationships and create opportunities for our clients
Managing a portfolio of prospects
Meeting realistic & achievable key performance indicators re: call activity
Maintaining & updating company systems

 

THE CANDIDATE

An excellent communicator at all levels
Previous customer service or telephony experience is desirable
Ambitious, disciplined & self-motivated with a passion for exceeding customer expectations
Ability to demonstrate a real appetite to succeed
Enthusiastic and confident

 

SALARY & BENEFITS

£7.38 – £7.83 per hour plus commission (£18,000+ OTE)
Mon – Fri 09:00 – 17:00 (16:30 finish on a Friday)
28 days holiday (inc. stats)
