Due to business success and significant growth, my client who is based in Guiseley, are now recruiting for a number of Internal Sales Executives to join their existing team with an immediate start. They pride themselves on creating a warm, vibrant and positive atmosphere making them a genuinely great company to work for.

In a B2B capacity, you would be contacting companies to initially fact-find, qualify a mutual business interest and make appointments for the sales team to attend and close the sale.

THE ROLE
• Making outbound calls to promote & sell companies’ products & services
• Booking appointments for senior staff members
• Managing a portfolio of prospects
• Meeting realistic & achievable key performance indicators re: call activity
• Maintaining & updating company systems

THE CANDIDATE
• An excellent communicator at all levels
• Ambitious, disciplined & self-motivated with a passion for exceeding customer expectations
• Ability to demonstrate a real appetite to succeed
• Enthusiastic with a can-do attitude

SALARY & BENEFITS
• £16,480 + commission (Basic salary to be reviewed to increase in January 2018)
• Mon – Fri 08:45 – 17:00
• 28 days holiday (inc. stats)
• Pension & Death in Service Benefits
• Generous UNCAPPED commission/bonus structure (min OTE £150-£200 per month)
