Do you have administrative experience in a production/logistic environment?  Would you like to work for a growing company that offers great benefits and a competitive salary?  My Client is looking for a Logistics Administrator to support their growth by contributing to the running of their warehouse.

 

THE ROLE

·         Responsible for the administrative processes contributing to the running of the Warehouse

·         Creating purchase orders

·         Booking in stock & undertaking customer returns

·         Transferring stock to & from different Production Departments

·         Problem solving & trouble shooting in relation to stock, warehouse logistics & supplier movements

·         Arranging transport

·         Any other duties requested within the job owners capabilities

 

THE CANDIDATE

·         Good IT Skills, including Microsoft Excel & SAP (this is, however, is desirable as training can be given)

·         Organisation skills & the ability to prioritise workload

·         Excellent communication skills both verbal & written

·         Analytical with an eye for detail

·         Ability to work independently & also as part of a busy team

·         Experience of working in a previous logistical or planning administrative role/environment

·         Flexible with working hours

 

SALARY & BENEFITS

·         £17,000 per annum

·         Hours:  8am – 4.45pm Monday to Thursday, 8am – 12 noon Friday

·         Pension contribution of 6%

·         Health scheme

·         Profit share

·         25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays

·         Free car parking
