Due to business success and significant growth, my client are now recruiting for Sales Executives to join their existing team. They pride themselves on creating a warm, vibrant and positive atmosphere making them a genuinely great company to work for.
Generating new business sales in the professional and financial services markets, using remote presentation skills, telephone and email. Business will be generated from leads coming from marketing activity and campaigns plus self-generated opportunities.

THE ROLE
• Arranging online demonstrations for potential customers ensuring a sound understanding of their requirements
• Presenting the features & benefits of the Platform to potential clients with a view to winning their business
• Pro-actively selling to new customers to achieve monthly & annual targets
• Managing allocated accounts & leads generated from marketing activity in a pro-active manner
• Negotiating commercially sound contracts for new customers
• Ensuring data is up-to-date & sales pipeline & forecast are fully managed through CRM system
• Managing time effectively & efficiently to ensure targets are met & time is spent on opportunities that maximise revenue

THE CANDIDATE
• Ideally experience of working in a B2B environment
• Strong negotiation skills, proven ability to identify complex customer needs
• Excellent communication skills, & abilities of time management & planning
• Understanding &/or experience of SPIN selling methodology is a distinct advantage
• Demonstrable ability to spot commercial opportunities, with strong customer services & sales support background
• Sales ability & persuasiveness
• Delivery of results

SALARY & BENEFITS

• £18,000 – £23,000 basic dependent on experience plus a generous UNCAPPED commission/bonus structure
