THE ROLE

 

•             Providing the highest standards of customer service to our customers/intermediaries

•             Using strong communication skills to deal with a wide range of queries and issues

•             Ability to adapt in a dynamic business environment

 

THE CANDIDATE

 

•             Minimum of 2 year’s telephone based customer service experience

•             Excellent verbal & written communication skills & proficient in Excel, Word & Outlook

•             A logical thinker with strong problem solving capabilities

•             Accuracy & attention to detail

•             A quick learner with the confidence to challenge existing processes & suggest improvements

 

SALARY & BENEFITS

 

•             £16,000 – £18,000 basic dependent upon experience

•             Company pension starting at 1% & increasing to 5% in 2018

•             Free onsite parking & fully serviced offices

•             Monday – Friday – 37.5 hours per week

•             22 days holiday plus 8 statutory days
