Our Bradford based Client are looking to recruit for a Customer Service Advisor to join their existing team. Our clients manufacture products for the healthcare industry and have been established for over 15 years and are growing year on year. The main purpose of the role is to provide first class customer service to their new & existing clients. The role will be varied & can be fast paced so organisational skills will be a key requirement for this position.


The Role

•             Answer in bound calls professionally in line with company standards

•             Processing orders using a Sage system

•             Cross referencing orders, checking quantities, price & lead times

•             Checking stock levels

•             Progress chasing & updating all parties

•             Expediting orders

•             Highlighting any issues to line manager

•             Resolving issues within set timeframes

•             General administration duties


The Candidate

•             Ideally from a manufacturing background

•             Will have order processing experience

•             Have the ability to build solid customer relationships 

•             Ideally have strong organisational skills & be able to prioritise work loads

•             Be a team player

•             Strong IT skills including Sage, Word & Excel


Salary & Benefits

•             Mon- Fri hours are negotiable

•             Annual salary £19,000 – £22,000 per annum DOE
